Desserts at Comptoir Libanais Soho

After a massive meal you rarely want to get dessert at the same place, so we didn't!

But wandering around Soho your appetite will eventually return and so we found this place, just off Carnaby st.

First off, the place does look very nice. Its open, airy and lots of random bits and bobs around to help keep you distracted.

Now I've no idea what the mains or actual menu are like so don't quote me on this but the desserts here? Well have a gander....

Looking good right? Cherry brownie with ice cream! Wooo look at that square slab, its one gorgeous looking brownie, and you know what? It tasted boring! Just your average meh next to your jaffa cakes at home that you always preferred anyways.

Now as for the other two bowls of frozen delights? They're Frozen Yogurt and I feel we can borrow Ross's reaction from Friends as he sums it up very nicely. They taste like feet! GARGH! They were also filled with a lot of ice crystals so probably bad bad razmataz from the get go.

Verdict
If your trying to find dessert heaven, don't go here! Going for actual food? It could be worse but the patrons seemed content and the service was fine. As for us? Sorry fellow pacman chompers, we hide our faces in shame never to return for the FEAR.
